Would be my concluding choice in a beef stroganoff recipe... If you lot make it as per the recipe, it tastes like beef stroganoff without garlic and an over affluence of salt and worcestershire sauce. I had to eat it, since I went to the problem of making it, just I never would again. There are lots of Skillful stroganoff recipes out there. There is no reason to use this one.

Tasty. Got finished with preparation and realized I had forgotten the flour—probably why it wasn't overly thick. Volition not apply flour in the time to come. Too, it would exist helpful to dilute the soup. Those 2 things should solve the thickness issue. Used fresh garlic and crimson pepper flakes. Altogether an easy and yummy basic meal. Married man loved it.

Used but ane/3 of the recommended amount of Liquid Fume and it was withal overpowering. Family didn't care for the taste.

Wow, super condolement food quality! I would like to say that I followed the recipe exactly, simply I didn't have any liquid smoke so I had to leave that out. It was very thick so I added a teaspoon of Better than Burgoo beef concentrate with a loving cup of water and this was made it the perfect consistency to spoon over the egg noodles.

I followed the recipe exactly, except didn't add together liquid smoke, as stroganoff doesn't seem like a recipe that has a smoke flavour. The sauce became extremely thick so I added 1 cup of milk. I didn't employ a whole pound of ground beef, as I don't care for tons of meat in my food. I added a large clove of minced garlic. I added extra Worcestershire for more gustatory modality. The just other affair I did differently is serve information technology over mashed potatoes, as I don't intendance for egg noodles or rice. It was very good.

If you do not use lean footing beef, drain the fat afterward browning before adding the other ingredients. Hubby liked this dish more I did. Had to add together a lot of common salt and pepper for additional seasoning. Served over cooked noodles.

I used this stroganoff as a layer in my shepherds pie dinner and it was amazing!

Quick, easy meal. I made it co-ordinate to directions and also review suggestions. I didn't take paprika but added Mexican spice Tajin, classic seasoning I besides adde red pepper flakes, and cooking sherry to lighten it upward Overall, real good. I volition make information technology once more.

I made information technology only I as well made some revisions based on everyone else's feedback. I used half the amount of seasoning common salt, liquid smoke and flour. I added a picayune more mushroom than what it called for and 4 tbsp of butter. I wish I would accept added the beef goop to make it a fiddling less thick just so glad I didn't follow the recipe exactly. I recollect it would have been thicker and fashion too salty. Overall with my revisions, it was delicious.

Ironically, I don't like mushrooms.. so didn't add fresh mushroom, but did use tin of mushroom soup, per recipe. As well didn't add liquid fume, subbed beefiness stock, which help to thin out stroganoff. My hubby and I both loved it. Needs fresh parsley as garnish, didn't have, but did add some dried parsley. Delish!

Very easy and delicious recipe. The sauce is very thick. If you lot like a thinner stroganoff I recollect this would exist good past including a little beef broth when adding the ingredients at the end.

This was easy to put together. It's a skillful bones recipe. It's given me a place to start and build on. I'll make it again, only next time a little more than salt and fresh garlic. I'll experiment with other seasonings too. It has a lot of potential.

I liked it a lot. The liquid smoke is a nice touch. I had all the ingredients ( a rarity) and the flavors were a corking rest. My wife is gluten-gratis, so I paired information technology with Jovial Egg Tagliatelle GF Pasta and it paired and so well I doubt most would know it was not real wheat pasta. She suggested a a little oestrus, then I recollect I will attempt a few red pepper flakes the next fourth dimension around. Skilful recipe!

This recipe is so easy to make, and one pot! I similar to serve my Strognaoff with egg noodles. I make 3 cups, set up aside and brand the Stroganoff in the same pot. I add the egg noodles at the end. Information technology needs a piffling extra sauce to soak into the noodles, then I add milk to brand creamier and prepare up. Very delicious - v Star Recipe!!

Well, I'm pretty sure there's an item missing in this recipe - liquid. Afterward cooking the onions, mushrooms, fresh garlic and hamburger, I added the flour. This is where liquid is commonly added to make a gravy. I added a 14.5 Oz tin can of beef broth. Otherwise it was just too thick. Did not add Worcestershire sauce or liquid smoke equally that didn't sound practiced in this dish. However, I added lots of fresh garlic in addition to the garlic powder. As someone else suggested, I added a dash of pepper flakes, and some parsley. It was a quick and easy meal. Served over linguini.

I made this and followed the recipe with only these changes. I only had "smoked paprika" and because of this I did not put in the full amount of liquid smoke. I would say if using the smoked paprika do not add together whatsoever liquid fume. Otherwise, recipe was like shooting fish in a barrel and quick and would brand once again.

Needed a dish with 'soft' meat for someone who has had recent dental surgery. This met the need. Bang-up gustatory modality. Piece of cake . Quick . Would definitely fix again.

06/sixteen/21- I couldn't even terminate my plate. The recipe calls for AN Entire TBSP of Liquid Smoke! I put in about three drops of the Hickory and well-nigh had to evacuate my kitchen. The smell was a major turn-off and the dish smelled like it all the way to the table! I could NOT get this nutrient passed my nose. In that location is a reason information technology says optional. When I finally, begrudgingly, tried it, a lot of the smoke flavor didn't transfer (thank GOD) but it was like a wet meatloaf? It was okay. I don't think I'll make it again. -Meg Newhouse

Good recipe! A petty bland according to instructions. I add salt/pepper to sense of taste. Also used fresh garlic.
